During the first meeting, the delegation visited the labs of the Faculty of Design, including many subjects throughout the design process, including jet design; helicopter design; flight simulation; Evaluation by the standards of licensing ... At MAI Flight Simulation Laboratory, MAI introduced a pilot class for all types of aircraft with cabins and simulators of takeoff and landing processes. , acrobatics ... After visiting the labs of the Faculty of Design, the delegation also met some Vietnamese lecturers who are teaching directly at MAI to discuss the direction of cooperation as well as the invitation to teach Aerospace program at the University of Engineering and Technology.

On 15th November, 2018, the delegation visited the laboratory of the space equipment, namely Soyuz satellites, flying equipment, self-propelled lunar exploration, Venus, Mars. It is also known that the Space Equipment Department has also built small satellites and has an Observation Center (located on the top floor of the MAI building) directly connected to the Russian Space Center (located at Korolev city, Moscow suburbs). At the same time, the delegation also visited MAI's online classroom, exchanging with professors who are giving lectures online to Russia's aviation plant from the Far East. Technology and online lecture systems may be available for classes in Vietnam.

Finishing two working days at the Institute of Aeronautics of Moscow, the two sides signed a cooperation agreement, in which MAI is willing to coordinate consultant purchase equipment for practice , study of Aerospace at University of Technology, develop training cooperation programs such as 2 + 2 (bachelors), 1 + 1 (MA) and use the online training system of MAI in the process of cooperation. This support is the premise for SAE, University of Engineering and Technology to internationalize the program of training engineers, masters coming.

In addition, the mission of the Institute of Aerospace Technology also participated in scientific seminars at the Institute of Electronics and Informatics Saint Petersburg (SPIIRAS) as well as a visit to the Skolkovo High Tech Park (suburb of Moscow), work with the company Sputnix (CubeSat laboratory), the direction of the development of small satellites suitable for training purposes.

In the near future, Aerospace technology's students can produce and operate small satellites.
